BNSF Terms & Conditions

The Bernard Noble Sculpture Foundation (BNSF) is a registered charity that aims to support sculptors and to promote sculpture and the Colletta Sculpture Park by awarding an annual prize or commission for an outdoor sculpture to be acquired by BNSF and sited in Colletta. The BNSF's registered charity number is 1124352.

Gallery

BNSF has established an on-line sculpture marketplace or gallery in order to provide a forum for sculptors to advertise and sell their work to the general public and in order to increase the value of the annual prize by raising a commission on sculptures sold.

Sculptors and sculpture galleries are invited to post their contact and other personal details together with photographs of their work at www.bnsf.org.uk/gallery.asp. BNSF accepts no responsibility for the posted content and for any representations made therein. It is the responsibility of the sculptor or of the gallery or of whomsoever else posted content at or on the BNSF website to maintain up-to-date details and information.

BNSF does not act as a 'middleman' between vendor and purchaser and any contract or obligation undertaken by both vendor and purchaser is made exclusively on bilateral terms. Neither vendor nor purchaser will have recourse to BNSF in the event of any complaint with respect to any representation, sale, purchase or financial undertaking. Any obligation by the vendor of a sculpture by means of the introduction of BNSF or of the BNSF website to pay the 10% commission is purely moral and not contractual. Commission is to be paid by the vendor of a sculpture in pounds sterling by cheque to the Bernard Noble Sculpture Foundation.

Data protection and privacy policy

BNSF stores neither telephone numbers nor e-mail or postal addresses of sculptors, galleries and visitors to the BNSF website other than those personal contact details that have been posted directly by sculptors and galleries.

Virus protection

BNSF cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to electronic data or computer systems that may occur to visitors to the BNSF website.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with all matters relating to these terms and conditions.
